CBRE Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support repairs under supervision.

You will inspect installations for code compliance, assist with equipment installation, and help energy management by keeping systems efficient.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs and perform required physical tasks.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

About The Role

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
