Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced technician to maintain automated test handlers used in Final Test, Wafer sort, and Tape and Reel manufacturing.

You will verify yield/QA issues and troubleshoot tester setups, documenting results through MIPS and supporting quality initiatives. The role requires at least 5 years in electronics or semiconductor industries, with strong knowledge of circuits, schematics, and test equipment operation.

Primary Function:

Responsible for the setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Final Test, Wafer sort and Tape and Reel manufacturing processes. These include automated test handlers' sub-assemblies and related components or parts.

Responsible for first-level verification of Yield and QA failures in manufacturing. Tasks include troubleshooting setups, performing basic tester debugging, and documenting through the MIPS process. Involves collaboration with manufacturing and engineering, submission of performance reports, and participation in efficiency and quality improvement programs aligned with TQM Plus principles.

Education and Experience

• Graduate of Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or any related vocational course.
• with at least 5years work experience in electronics or semiconductor industry.
