Properly record or log inspection and preventive maintenance results of every mechanical and/or electrical utilities equipment.4. Properly log mitigation action for future reference.5. Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and/or electrical utilities equipment.6. Perform regular cleaning and lubrication of mechanical and/or electrical utilities equipment.7. Ensure proper disposal of cleaning and lubricating materials used in cleaning and lubricating mechanical and/or electrical utilities equipment. 8.
