Job summary

Job description

I. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs actual repairs and maintenance that do not require an external service provider.

2. Inspects and identifies structures or equipment in the facility that need to be repaired.

3. Maintains a regular maintenance schedule and submits a daily task completion report on-time.

4. On-time status update for on-going and completed services.

5. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of respective work area.

II. Skills Required:

1. Technical Skills

• Familiarity on technical, mechanical, electrical, and civil actual works.

• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.

1. Behavioral Skills

• Must be versatile and flexible in any work schedule: holidays, and/or overtime.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

III. Qualifications:

1. Technical/Vocational course of any Technical/Engineering courses.
