Job description

Our client is a Part 145 MRO in Philippines that primarily supports line maintenance services for local and regional airlines.

They are currently looking for a Technical Training Director who will oversees training needs analysis, curriculum design, regulatory manual alignment, and delivery of both in‑house and third‑party training programs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sets the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical training
    aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs covering aircraft maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance
  • Oversees the development and regular update of maintenance‑related manuals
  • Serves as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and regulators on all technical training matters.
Job Requirements
  • Extensive progressive experience in aviation technical training, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive background in managing PCAR, EASA, or FAA aligned training programs.
  • Proven capability in strategic training planning, budget oversight, and team leadership.
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of maintenance training technologies, simulation tools, and LMS platforms
