Domain Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support to clients via Freshdesk tickets and helpdesk calls, while assisting with onboarding and ongoing account support. The role emphasizes clear communication, thorough problem-solving, and SLA adherence in a hybrid work setup.

You will engage with Account Managers and internal teams to relay client concerns, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or related fields within a corporate environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of the property technology (PropTech) industry is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
