  • Provide first-level technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the support system to maintain accurate records.
  • Educate users on product features, updates, and best practices to improve their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to report recurring issues and contribute to process or product improvements.
