• Proven success sourcing candidates currently or formerly in the Silicon Valley/Bay Area tech ecosystem
• Skilled in Boolean searches and modern sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with ATS/CMS tools and a background in EE, CS, or related fields
