MicroSourcing is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead onboarding and implement enterprise customer accounts onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will configure AI Search performance, analyze data, and coordinate with customers to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Responsibilities include creating implementation plans, tracking progress, and presenting strategies to stakeholders, while managing multiple projects and leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation or customer-facing roles.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Experience communicating with customers via phone or video.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills across multiple implementations.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and ownership of complex projects.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with large datasets.
• Strong analytics and data quality focus.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Willingness to work full-time during EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts.
• Develop scalable account structures across units, markets, and audiences.
• Conduct keyword research, categorization, page grouping, and competitive research.
• Configure AI Search Performance tracking ( Personas, topics, prompts ).
• Collaborate with customers to understand search strategy and requirements.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot analytics integrations (GA4, Adobe).
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate solutions with customers and teams.
• Maintain clear communication on progress, requirements, risks, next steps.
• Create implementation plans, progress trackers, and documentation.
• Present findings and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple enterprise implementations with timelines and accuracy.
• Use AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, QA, and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate implementations.

Your Role

• Lead the onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts, ensuring accurate configuration aligned with business objectives.
• Develop scalable account structures across business units, product lines, geographic markets, and audience segments.
• Conduct keyword research, categorization, page grouping, and competitive research within the platform.
• Configure AI Search Performance tracking, including customer personas, topics, and prompts.
• Partner with customers to understand their search strategy, reporting requirements, competitive landscape, and business priorities.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot analytics integrations, including Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics.
• Investigate data discrepancies and integration issues and coordinate solutions with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding implementation progress, requirements, risks, and next steps.
• Create implementation plans, progress trackers, and documentation to keep projects organized and on schedule.
• Present research findings, account structure recommendations, and implementation strategies to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple enterprise implementation projects while maintaining accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Use AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, quality assurance, problem-solving, and process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate implementation processes and contribute to internal best practices and training.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in implementation or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience communicating directly with customers through phone or video conference.
• Ability to explain technical and strategic concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations and competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of complex projects.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with close attention to accuracy, consistency, and data quality.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Strong knowledge of the Conductor platform or the ability to quickly develop advanced platform expertise.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics integrations.
• Experience with keyword research, SEO, competitive research, or digital analytics.
• Experience implementing enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
• Experience developing customer‑facing implementation plans, documentation, or training materials.
