Sapsf is seeking a Technical Lead to guide our Oracle PL/SQL based database development in Manila. The role requires strong SQL expertise, PL/SQL maturity, and familiarity with Avaloq modules. You will lead a multicultural team, ensure best practices, and drive technical decisions.

Fluent English and German communication are important; Unix scripting knowledge is a plus. Experience with Agile environments and collaboration across streams will be valued as you drive quality and delivery.

Formación

• Experience in database development using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong SQL skills (joins, functions, subqueries, data manipulation).
• Very strong Oracle PL/SQL programming (procedures, packages, functions, exceptions, triggers).
• Working knowledge of database tools like TOAD and SQL Developer.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Nice to have Avaloq Certification or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
