Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a seasoned Technical Internal Audit professional to support operations and process audits across manufacturing facilities. You will analyze manufacturing processes, draft audit reports, and drive closure through stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in manufacturing or process engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP. This onsite role is based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.
• Exposure to manufacturing quality systems and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational, technical, and process audits as per the audit plan.
• Review manufacturing processes, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare audit checklists, draft audit reports, and document observations.
• Participate in audit opening and closing meetings with stakeholders.
• Track audit action plans and maintain audit documentation.
• Present audit findings to senior audit leadership and support departmental initiatives.
