The Technical Engineer is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering and technical support for Peak Fuel Corporation's Commercial and Industrial LPG business. The role covers the complete project lifecycle from customer consultation, technical site assessment, engineering design, costing, and proposal preparation to installation supervision, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales technical support.
The Technical Engineer serves as the company's subject matter expert for centralized LPG systems, manifold installations, bulk LPG facilities, piping systems, vaporizers, and related equipment. The position works closely with the Commercial Sales Team to develop technically sound, safe, cost-effective, and customer-focused LPG solutions that comply with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
1. Engineering Design & Technical Solutions
- Design Commercial and Industrial LPG systems including centralized LPG systems, manifold systems, bulk LPG installations, vaporizers, cylinders, regulators, and gas piping networks.
- Prepare engineering drawings, layouts, equipment specifications, and technical calculations.
- Develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective engineering solutions based on customer operational requirements.
- Recommend retrofit, expansion, and system improvement solutions for existing LPG installations.
2. Site Inspection & Technical Assessment

- Conduct pressure testing, leak testing, commissioning, and project turnover activities.
5. Technical Audit, Maintenance & Customer Support
- Conduct technical audits and inspections of customer LPG facilities.
- Identify safety deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of LPG systems and equipment.
- Provide troubleshooting support and recommend repair, replacement, or system upgrades.
- Respond promptly to customer technical concerns and service requests.
6. Sales & Customer Technical Support
- Work closely with the Commercial Sales Team during customer presentations and technical discussions.
- Conduct customer visits to understand operational requirements and recommend suitable LPG solutions.
- Provide technical consultation throughout the sales process.
- Assist in developing customized engineering solutions that enhance customer value and improve

V. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related Engineering courses.
Professional Engineer (PRC Licensed) is preferred.
Years of Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in LPG systems, industrial gas systems, mechanical piping, fuel systems, or related engineering fields.
Experience in Commercial and Industrial LPG centralized systems and manifold installations is highly preferred.
