Job summary

MRI is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead end-to-end client data migration projects, manage DevOps and system administration activities, and optimise Ruby on Rails–based ETL processes for reliable, high-performance data integration.

You will plan migrations, coordinate teams, ensure data integrity, monitor infrastructure, and contribute to a robust tech stack including Redis/Sidekiq, OpenSearch, and AWS. This hybrid role is based in Ortigas, Manila.

Qualifications

• Project management experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in data migration contexts.
• SysAdmin or DevOps experience preparing databases, monitoring servers, and resolving infrastructure issues.
• Proficiency in coding in Ruby on Rails.
• SQL experience.

Job description

Requirements
