Responsibilities

• Review multi-turn user–model conversations using cyber safety taxonomy, policy guidance, and SOPs.
• Interpret cyber content including phishing, vulnerabilities, malware, credential theft, and evasion with context.
• Make defensible decisions with concise rationales, metadata, and case notes.
• Follow controls, checklists, and data-handling requirements; resolve cases using guidance and escalate gaps with context.
• Own assigned work from intake to documentation, meeting accuracy and turnaround targets.
• Participate in calibration and quality reviews, incorporating feedback.
• Identify recurring patterns and edge cases affecting execution.
