Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Project Manager / Service Delivery Coordinator in Metro Manila to lead technology projects with a focus on timelines, budgets, scope, and quality. The role requires coordinating internal teams, vendors, and clients in a fast-paced setting.

You will develop plans, manage schedules, and provide regular progress updates, while maintaining documentation and improving service delivery processes. Strong PM skills and tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in end-to-end technology project delivery.
Strong PM methodologies and delivery frameworks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating technical teams and client relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, Asana, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality expectations are achieved.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk registers.
Coordinate internal technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and client updates.
Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with company processes and client expectations.
Coordinate service delivery activities and support requests across internal teams.
Monitor project and service-related tasks to ensure timely completion and resolution.
Assist with resource scheduling and workload coordination.
Maintain accurate documentation, service records, and client communications.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within service delivery operations.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
Act as a key point of contact for client communications, escalations, and ongoing support coordination.
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, service performance, and key deliverables.
Understand client business needs and identify opportunities to improve service outcomes.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and proactive communication.
