Job summary

Arcadis Manila is seeking a Project Manager II to lead multi-disciplinary technology projects, serving as main PM or supporting a business PM. You will own delivery governance, budgets, timelines and stakeholder alignment, ensuring quality and successful handover.

You will collaborate with GTSO Architecture, Technology PMO, and delivery teams to maintain an integrated view of plans and risks, driving continuous improvement and adoption of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects in a complex technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk and control.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline; PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage IT projects through full delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and domain teams for alignment.
• Ensure delivery adheres to Arcadis PM methodologies and templates.
• Prepare for Steering Committee meetings and manage escalations.
• Shape demand and plan budgets, timelines and outcomes.
