Job summary

Coins.ph, a leading crypto brand in the Philippines, seeks a Technical Operations Analyst to ensure smooth integration between partners and internal systems. You will lead technical onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with engineering to keep projects moving.

Role requires strong communication, API knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to enhance partner experience and scalability as Coins.ph expands beyond APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with at least one backend programming language and APIs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison for partners during technical integration and provide guidance.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely solutions for partners.
• Explain integration requirements and workflows to stakeholders clearly.
• Monitor progress and address blockers to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to align requirements.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and maintain documentation.
• Support testing, validation, and QA for integrations.
