Job summary

Support Services Group is seeking a Team Leader in Mandaluyong, Philippines, to drive a high-performing contact center team for Pioneer International Retail Account. You will supervise productivity, coach performance, and ensure timely reporting.

Onsite role focused on coaching, attendance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of BPO Team Leader experience, strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint/Excel), and excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Team Leader experience in the BPO industry.
• It's a plus if you have background in financial accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• A team player with strong communication, presentation, and task management skills.
• Working knowledge in productivity analysis, customer/service, and problem-solving.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, measure, and enhance productivity of agents.
• Lead productivity reviews and coach performance improvements.
• Train and motivate agents to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Evaluate performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
