Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management Accounting.
• CPA designation is an advantage.
• 5+ years in Finance/Accounting SSC or BPO with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong experience in intercompany accounting, financial close, and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Understanding of SOX and internal control frameworks.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
