The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the React ecosystem, modern state management frameworks, and front-end build tools, while demonstrating strong debugging and performance optimization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Development :

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance front-end architectures using React.js, core JavaScript principles, and advanced ES6+ features.
• Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components for enterprise applications.
• Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaboration & Ideation :

• Work closely with development, product management, and design teams to brainstorm, discuss, and refine user interface ideas and workflows.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, visually appealing web applications.

State & Routing Management :

• Implement and maintain efficient state management using Redux.
• Utilize React Router for seamless navigation and routing within applications.

Responsive & UI Engineering :

• Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
• Use modern styling methodologies such as Styled Components, CSS frameworks, and reusable UI patterns.

Debugging & Optimization :

• Troubleshoot complex interface-related software issues.
• Debug application code and profile performance to improve responsiveness and efficiency.

Code Quality & Testing :

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Implement front-end testing frameworks to ensure code reliability and stability.

Version Control & CI/CD :

Must-Have Technical Skills :
