Job summary

Emapta Global in Pampanga, Philippines, is hiring a Tax Supervisor to join a pioneer team serving a leading Australian Big Four firm. This full-time, day-shift role offers hybrid work from home with travel to Australia and a competitive salary up to PHP 130,000 monthly.

You'll supervise Australian tax engagements, review technical work, guide teammates, and coordinate with Australian stakeholders across SME and mid-market portfolios. Sign-on bonus and relocation allowances are included.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Australian public practice accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Exposure to SME and mid-market clients with annual turnovers of AUD 5M-100M+.
• CA or CA-equivalent qualification (completed or currently in progress).
• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation, accounting legislation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Australian tax and accounting advice and solutions across a diverse client portfolio, including SMEs, privately owned businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.
• Build technical expertise across Australian tax compliance, accounting, and business advisory services for middle-market clients.
• Lead and contribute across the full client engagement lifecycle.
• Communicate directly with clients and participate in presentations and meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes that support long-term client success.
