Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Tax Process Analyst to drive tax technology and transformation initiatives across Tax, Finance, and IT. The role focuses on documenting end-to-end processes, enabling transitions, and supporting automation to ensure compliant, scalable tax operations.

You will work with ERP systems, tax engines, and automation tools, collaborating with global stakeholders and ensuring effective knowledge transfer and process standardization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in tax operations, process improvement, or finance systems.
• Experience in process documentation, workflow design, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document tax transformation initiatives through process analysis, documentation, and implementation.
• Develop, document, and maintain end-to-end process flows, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Assist in ERP and tax system implementations by gathering business requirements and supporting testing.
• Facilitate transition of tax compliance processes from external providers to in-house operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and improve efficiency, accuracy, and control.
• Identify opportunities for automation and support implementation using RPA and reporting platforms.
• Validate and analyze tax data across systems to ensure accuracy and alignment with reporting requirements.
• Support project coordination activities across multiple initiatives.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and post-implementation monitoring.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the team to strengthen capability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
