Job summary

Prestige Solution Services is seeking motivated individuals to join our tax preparation team. You will help clients organize their documents, prepare accurate tax returns, and understand their filing process while delivering professional, respectful service.

No prior tax preparation experience is required. Training and guidance are provided. Commission-based opportunity with a 70/30 split for eligible preparation fees, and onboarding guidance is available for PTIN readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Basic computer skills and reliable access to a computer and internet.
• Valid PTIN before preparing federal returns for compensation; onboarding guidance is available.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to understand their income, household, dependents, and tax preparation needs.
• Collect and review identification, income documents, and supporting records.
• Prepare individual tax returns and business schedules within your training and assigned scope.
• Complete required due diligence and document client responses.
• Research questions and seek guidance when a tax situation is unclear.
• Explain preparation fees and review completed returns with clients before obtaining filing authorization.
• Protect confidential information and follow company security procedures.
• Maintain accurate client files and communicate about missing documents or return status.
• Market your services, build client relationships, and generate referrals.
• Attend required training, team meetings, and complete assignments.
