Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in tax or general accounting; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR forms, and filing systems (eFPSeBIRForms).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet strict deadlines under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file various tax returns including VAT, EWT, and Income Tax in compliance with BIR deadlines.
• Assist in gathering and organizing supporting documents for tax filings, audits, and reconciliations.
• Monitor the tax calendar to ensure timely submissions and prevent delays or penalties.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors on tax-related matters and requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of tax returns, receipts, and related schedules for audit readiness.
