Qualifications

• 2+ years Australian Tax Advisory / Tax Consulting experience.
• 2 years Australian Public Practice Accounting experience.
• Exposure to SME and mid-market clients with AUD 5M-100M+ turnover.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Tax Law, GST, and Accounting Standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Australian tax returns and technical advisory reports.
• Conduct tax research and draft advice on Australian tax, GST, and complex tax matters.
• Support structuring, cross-border transactions, and indirect tax advisory work.
• Assist with asset acquisitions, divestments, financing, and IPO tax matters.
• Liaise with the ATO on reviews, audits, and dispute matters.
• Apply legislative updates and tax changes to client engagements.
• Contribute to technical tax knowledge-sharing and advisory updates.
• Review and organize client records and supporting documentation.
