Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Finance and Tax Associate to support month-end tax entries and reporting in Makati.

The role requires coordination with stakeholders and timely responses to inquiries, ensuring accuracy of financial data. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in finance/accounting and a 4-year degree in business or finance, with strong English communication and attention to detail.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance and Accounting.
Background in Banking, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
Proficient in English, written and verbal.
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.

Mansioni

Prepares month-end closing entries related to statutory taxes.
Coordinates tax-related entries with POC and colleagues; responds to inquiries.
Assists in fulfilling business requirements related to taxes, including internal reporting needs.
Ensures timely responses to internal and external communications.
Prepares tax returns and statutory reports as required.
Prepares tax schedules and analyses to support reporting and compliance.
Provides ad hoc reports as requested by stakeholders.
Ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial data for processing.
Adheres to submission timelines for statutory reports.
Performs monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations; adapts to process changes.
Participates in training and identifies process-improvement opportunities.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
