Job summary

Deloitte seeks a senior SAP leader to drive the vision and blueprint for target state architectures, focusing on MM modules and transformations. You will guide delivery teams, engage client leadership, and shape proposals for major SAP initiatives.

The role requires deep SAP transformation experience, regional market knowledge, and a track record of high-impact leadership across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with extensive SAP experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP implementations with 5+ years in managerial roles.
• Proven leadership and regional market knowledge across SAP-led transformations.
• Ability to engage client leadership and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel locally and abroad for project assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation with at least 5 years in managerial level in leading projects focus SAP MM Functional lead.
• You will be a recognized leader and have in-depth regional market knowledge
• Deep and wide experience in SAP led transformation programs in manufacturing industries
• Broad understanding and appreciation of emerging business and technology paradigms
• Demonstrated ability to engage client leadership and management on a range of issues
• A self-motivated individual with ability to chart his/ her route to success
• Ability to provide situational leadership to engagement teams, and coaching/ mentorship to team members.
• Value driven, inclusive individual committed to client service excellence
• Willingness to work outside of office base and most of all.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignments.
