Job summary

Monitor Deloitte seeks a Manager to lead local and regional transfer pricing engagements, connecting with clients to determine requirements and address inquiries on local and international TP rules. You will oversee benchmarking studies and OECD-compliant documentation, while coordinating with Deloitte professionals on regional engagements.

The role emphasizes developing teams, driving high-quality outcomes, and aligning TP strategies with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, or similar fields.
• Preferably with at least 4 years of TP-related work experience.
• CPA license for Accountancy graduates. None required for other degrees.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Management: Lead and manage local and regional transfer pricing engagements; determine TP requirements; address client inquiries.
• Transfer Pricing Compliance: Assist clients in meeting local TP requirements; manage benchmarking studies; review OECD-compliant documentation reports.
• Transfer Pricing Advisory: Identify TP risks; recommend arm’s length pricing policies; ensure OECD-compliant practices.

Work you’ll do

1. Engagement Management
   • Lead and manage local and regional transfer pricing engagements
   • Connect with clients to determine their transfer pricing requirements
   • Address client inquiries on local and international transfer pricing rules and regulations

1. Transfer Pricing Compliance
   • Assist clients in meeting local transfer pricing requirements
   • Direct and manage benchmarking studies on various industries
   • Managing and reviewing OECD-compliant three-tier documentation reports
   • Liaise and collaborate with professionals within the Deloitte network in delivering regional engagements

1. Transfer Pricing Advisory

• • Assist clients in identifying potential transfer pricing risks
  • Recommend and direct studies to identify arm’s length pricing policies
  • Ascertain OECD-compliant transfer pricing practices

Requirements

1. Education. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, or similar fields.
2. Work Experience. Preferably, with at least 4 years of TP-related work experience.
3. Certificates. CPA license for Accountancy graduates. None required for other degrees.
4. Other Qualifications.
