Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end hiring process, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields and at least 1 year of recruitment experience. Immediate start and onsite work required.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably with account management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferably a recruiter for Customer Service Representatives.

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist

ensures timely completion of required headcount and provides regular updates on recruitment progress; this includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs. They also focus on maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations
  • Handle recruitment accounts and manage the end-to-end hiring process from Interviews to Onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements
  • Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify potential candidates
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirement
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of the required headcount
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Compliance of Admin Deliverables
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of all required recruitment documentation, including job descriptions, offer letters, onboarding materials, pre-employment requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies related to recruitment
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment preferably has an Account Management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in recruitment software and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferably recruiter for Customer Service Representative
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Must be willing to start ASAP
