Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist
ensures timely completion of required headcount and provides regular updates on recruitment progress; this includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs. They also focus on maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Operations
- Handle recruitment accounts and manage the end-to-end hiring process from Interviews to Onboarding
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements
- Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify potential candidates
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirement
- Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of the required headcount
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Compliance of Admin Deliverables
- Oversee the preparation and submission of all required recruitment documentation, including job descriptions, offer letters, onboarding materials, pre-employment requirements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies related to recruitment
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment preferably has an Account Management experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in recruitment software and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferably recruiter for Customer Service Representative
- Must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Must be willing to start ASAP
