As part of our growth, we are establishing a new Manila-based office, where we will build and scale local technology and business teams from the ground up. We are looking for a driven and hands-on Recruitment Specialist to help shape the future of our Asia team. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in hiring top talent for our regional operations.

Job Purpose

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on IT roles. You'll work closely with global stakeholders and local hiring managers to ensure smooth and professional candidate experience and help build a strong local presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate feedback across hiring teams.
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) or alternative candidate trackers and recruitment documentation.
  • Support ensuring all HR practices and hiring activities align with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the global HR team to align recruitment strategy, compensation structure, and onboarding processes.
  • Support early-stage HR administrative tasks as needed.
Required skills
  • 3 years of experience in similar positions, ideally with a focus on IT or technical roles.
  • Previous experience working in-house or with tech clients is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of Philippine employment landscape and basic labor regulations.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership, while also being a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
