Role Summary And Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high‑impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst who will:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake and sourcing to offer management and final stages, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks), building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Assessment & Stakeholder Partnership: Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and partner closely with hiring managers by coordinating interviews and providing guidance on interview best practices.
  • Market Intelligence & Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze recruitment metrics, market trends, and salary benchmarks to optimize hiring strategies, improve processes, and ensure competitive and fair compensation recommendations.
  • Compliance, Documentation & Process Support: Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, maintain accurate recruitment records, and support administrative activities related to final hiring stages and other recruitment processes.
Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role, with direct responsibility for hiring Digital Marketing and Analytics / IT profiles.
  • Advanced English level (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
  • Hands‑on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
