Alorica Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end interview coordination, job postings, and mailboxes across multiple Manila sites. The role supports data reporting, near-hire training, and ATS updates to track candidate progress through the hiring process.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with onsite work at Quezon City, Makati, Taguig, Pasay, or Alabang. You will contribute to a streamlined recruitment workflow by handling postings, data collection, and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 0-1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Willing to work onsite in Alorica Metro Manila sites: Quezon City, Makati City, Taguig City, Pasay City, Alabang.

Responsabilités

• Initiate interview coordination.
• Post job postings to internal and external websites.
• Maintain recruitment mailboxes.
• Collect data and generate reports.
• Conduct Skill Enhancement Training to near-hire applicants.
• Update the Applicant Tracking System with candidate status throughout the recruiting process.
• Provide administrative and operational support to various recruitment processes.
