Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking an Officer 3 (Application Development) to design, document, and support standard dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau. You will perform straightforward development and data-processing tasks with moderate guidance, ensuring data accuracy and meeting reporting requirements.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, resolve routine dashboard issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• At least 1.5 years of experience developing Tableau dashboards.
• Strong Tableau administration and data architecture knowledge.
• Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake and Excel VBA/Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, test, and enhance Tableau dashboards and analytics.
• Support data extraction, validation, and routine reporting.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements.
• Assist with product/process improvements and best practices.
• Provide basic technical guidance and support onboarding.
