Job summary

Tasq Staffing Solutions is seeking a Tableau Specialist for a Hybrid role in Manila. You will design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards, collaborating with BI peers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data models and efficient visualizations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Tableau, strong SQL skills, and experience with data warehouses. Proficiency in Excel and Python is a plus, and the role supports hybrid work in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis using Tableau.
• Experience with data warehouse environments and BI data visualization tools.
• Hands-on Tableau Desktop/Server/Prep experience; Tableau setup/implementation knowledge.
• Excel proficiency with VBA/Power Query is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, design, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with BI team and stakeholders to translate requirements into data models.
• Publish dashboards to Tableau server and validate usability and performance.
• Integrate multi-source data sources and optimize data for visualization.
• Participate in governance, testing, and reviews with business groups.
