Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, managing full life-cycle recruiting for positions across ASEAN markets. You will identify top passive candidates, partner with managers to define requirements, and execute end-to-end hiring processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Experience with APAC recruiting and diverse hiring is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience handling APAC recruitment is a plus.
• Experience finding passive candidates through creative means.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Full life-cycle recruiting experience to attract and retain top candidates.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient user of recruitment systems (ATS, sourcing tools).
• Strong networking and coaching abilities.
• Self-motivation, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on diversity initiatives to attract a diverse slate of candidates.

About the Job

We are looking for Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter, you will manage all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting for positions in our ASEAN markets. If you have a passion for identifying top talent for an innovative, growth-oriented company, we’d love to talk with you!

Responsibilities

• Identifying passive candidates using creative and innovative recruiting techniques


• Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and understand key requirements, then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy


• Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and more


• Proactive high-level sourcing, such as Linkedin Recruiter, networking events, and Boolean searches, and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking


• Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System


• Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on diversity initiatives and attracting a diverse candidate slate
