Coronis Health in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented SDS / Surgical ProFee Medical Coder to review physician documentation and assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers for surgical and same-day surgery encounters.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of Surgical ProFee coding experience and CPC/ CCS-P / COC or equivalent certification is preferred. The role requires strong knowledge of coding guidelines, payer-specific requirements, and HIPAA compliance.

Formación

• Experience in Surgical ProFee coding with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and modifiers.
• Strong knowledge of coding guidelines and payer-specific requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Review documentation to assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Code Surgical ProFee encounters per ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and modifiers.
• Identify documentation gaps and communicate with providers for clarification.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity standards.
• Stay current with coding updates and regulatory changes.
• Participate in quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA, CMS, and coding policy compliance.
