Job summary

acuity care is recruiting a Female Support Worker to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire to support a young boy with Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy and complex needs at his family home.

The role involves night shifts (20 hours/week, 22:00–08:00) and personal care, with a requirement for reliable, UK-care-experienced applicants who are comfortable supporting a non-verbal child. Flexible evenings on a rota basis are required.

Qualifications

  • Female applicants only due to role and needs.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • UK care experience preferred.
  • Able to assist with movement and personal care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and mobility support for a child with disabilities.
  • Support daily living activities and monitor wellbeing.
  • Follow care plans and work on a rota basis nights.

Job description

Pay rate: Monday - Friday £14.42 & Saturday & Sunday £15.45 per hour (Weekly & Monthly pay available)

Shift pattern: 20 hours per week - 22:00pm - 08:00am - 2 nights per week must be flexible over the 7 nights

We're recruiting for a Female Support Worker to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire to support a young boy living in his family home with Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy with significant neurological disability, Global Development Delay and other complex needs.

Female applicants only (personal care requirement)

Excellent spoken and written English,clear communication is vital

Physically able to support a strong young person during movement and care tasks

Previous care experience in the UK

Confident supporting someone who is non‑verbal

Flexible to work any evenings of the week on a rota basis
