acuity care is recruiting a Female Support Worker to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire to support a young boy with Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy and complex needs at his family home.
The role involves night shifts (20 hours/week, 22:00–08:00) and personal care, with a requirement for reliable, UK-care-experienced applicants who are comfortable supporting a non-verbal child. Flexible evenings on a rota basis are required.
Pay rate: Monday - Friday £14.42 & Saturday & Sunday £15.45 per hour (Weekly & Monthly pay available)
Shift pattern: 20 hours per week - 22:00pm - 08:00am - 2 nights per week must be flexible over the 7 nights

Excellent spoken and written English,clear communication is vital
Physically able to support a strong young person during movement and care tasks
Previous care experience in the UK
Confident supporting someone who is non‑verbal
Flexible to work any evenings of the week on a rota basis
