Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient warehouse standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimize logistics processes to meet customer demands.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a safe, team-oriented work environment.
• Collaborate with other company departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Implement operational policies and procedures. Ensure efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring the safety of staff.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
