Job summary

Feihe International Philippines Corporation is seeking a experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement, warehousing and distribution to support business goals.

The role requires 8+ years in FMCG supply chain, strong ERP and MS Excel skills, and a track record of leadership, process improvement and cost optimization.

You will analyze performance data, prepare KPI reports, and drive strategic initiatives across sourcing, inventory, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FMCG supply chain, logistics, or operations management experience.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Operations

Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, warehousing, and distribution

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services

2. Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking

Implement inventory control systems and forecasting methods

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements

4. Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in supply chain processes

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

5. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare reports on supply chain performance, costs, and KPIs

Use data to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in FMCG supply chain, logistics, or operations management
