Job summary

JATHNIER CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to develop and manage supply chain strategies, processes, and operations across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.

You will monitor purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics activities; coordinate with suppliers and internal departments; evaluate supplier performance and costs; drive cost reductions; ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations; and prepare reports and performance

• Monitor purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics activities.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and supplies.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize shortages, overstock, and wastage.
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing teams, warehouse, production, and operations departments.
• Evaluate supplier performance, costs, quality, and delivery reliability.
• Monitor supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Analyze demand, inventory movement, and supply requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and present supply chain reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Lead and develop supply chain personnel to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Resolve supply, delivery, inventory, and logistics issues promptly.
