Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting a Supply Chain Head on behalf of a renowned food & beverage group company. The Head of Supply Chain is responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing the company's end-to-end supply chain across two business units - from procurement to store delivery) and warehousing to distribution operations. This role ensures the supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, reliable, and aligned with organizations growth and service objectives.

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement overall supply chain strategy across restaurants and retail businesses.
  • Drive initiatives to improve supply chain performance, reduce costs, generate savings and enhance service levels.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align supply chain operations with company growth objectives.
Restaurant Business (End to End Supply Chain)
  • Oversee the full supply chain cycle: demand planning, procurement, vendor management, inbound logistics, inventory, warehousing and last-mile distribution to restaurants.
  • Ensure reliable supply of food, beverages, packaging, and other restaurant requirements.
  • Lead sourcing strategies to achieve quality, cost, and sustainability targets.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to ensure resilience and risk mitigation.
  • Implement systems and processes for demand forecasting, supply planning, and order fulfillment.
Cost Control & Budget Management
  • Monitor supply chain costs and work to control them while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage supply chain budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze data to improve supply chain efficiency and cost savings.
  • Provide regular reports on inventory, costs, and performance metrics to senior management.
Retail Business (Warehousing & Distribution Operations)
  • Lead and optimize warehouse operations (storage, inventory control, order processing).
  • Manage distribution operations, ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries to retail outlets and customers.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for warehouse, productivity, inventory accuracy, and distribution efficiency.
  • Introduce best practices in warehouse management (automation, safety, sustainability).
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards in all facilities.
People & Performance Management
  • Lead and mentor a team across supply chain functions: procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Build capabilities and succession pipelines within the supply chain organization.
Technology & Continuous Improvement
  • Leverage technology, data, and analytics for better visibility, planning, and decision-making.
  • Drive process optimization, digital tools, and automation in procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Establish metrics to monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years in supply chain management, purchasing, or logistics, preferably in the restaurant or foodservice industry.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Experience managing food & beverage supply chains; retail or FMCG background a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams, vendors, and multi-site operations.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP and supply chain management systems.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
