Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an Operations and Claim Management professional to verify employee benefits claims and process settlements. The role involves handling queries, approving claims, and preparing MIS reports to support decision-making.

You will coordinate with Helpdesk, maintain claim documentation, and assist in audits and BOT-based processing improvements. A BCom degree and proficiency in MS Office are preferred for this position in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) required.
• Experience handling employee benefit claims preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Verify claims against bills and policy terms.
• Handle queries from employees.
• Approve claims, allocate tasks, and prepare MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Helpdesk to respond to employees.
• Assist internal/external audits and BOT implementation on processing of claims.

Processor: To verify claims against bills & as per policy. Handling queries from employees

Approver: Task allocation, approving claims, MIS report preparations, handling queries from team & employees on mails & calls.

Co-ordination with Helpdesk team in assisting them to reply to employees.

Basic Accounting Knowledge, Employee related accounting

Suggestions for Process improvements

Ensure the Resolution of Queries/Requests/Complaints with appropriate response. Maintain the Quality of responses

Internal and external audit co-ordinations.
