AT A GLANCE

The Store Manager is responsible for driving business performance, operational excellence, and retail execution across 1 to 5 or more stores, depending on business needs. This role ensures the highest level of customer experience, maintains operational and visual merchandising standards, develops store teams, and drives sales and profitability. The role oversees daily store operations, inventory accuracy, compliance with company standards, and successful execution of retail initiatives to ensure the overall health and success of the business

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Business Performance & KPI Management

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.

• Analyze retail metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and implement action plans that improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

• Monitor store productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail metrics.

• Establish, communicate, and achieve business and profit objectives.

• Generate business reports and present performance insights, recommendations, and action plans to management.

• Continuously evaluate store performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Ensure consistent execution of company SOPs, operational procedures, policies, and brand standards across all assigned stores.

• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and ensure customer experience expectations are consistently met.

• Audit store processes and team execution to ensure compliance with company standards and operational requirements.

• Oversee customer transactions and ensure proper use of the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

• Manage inventory levels, stock requests, and deliveries to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.

• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock accountability, and minimal to zero inventory loss.

• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, planogram execution, and stockroom organization.

• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner.

• Continuously review operational processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and execution quality.

• Ensure that all store facilities, equipment, and operational requirements are properly maintained.

Retail Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor in-store initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and product launches across assigned stores.

• Ensure timely and effective execution of retail programs and brand initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational requirements.

• Monitor execution of quality and business impact of store initiatives and recommend improvements where necessary.

• Adapt plans and allocate resources to address operational challenges and changing business needs.

• Support company-wide projects, brand initiatives, and other business priorities as required.

People Leadership & Team Development

• Train, coach, motivate, and develop store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

• Assess employee performance and provide regular feedback, development opportunities, and performance coaching.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure team members understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
