Job summary

Sunnies Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a skilled Plumber to keep our stores, offices, facilities, and fixtures safe, functional, and visually appealing. You will perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and minor repairs to plumbing systems to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of plumbing experience, basic computer literacy, and the ability to document repairs, report recurring issues, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and external contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• At least college level or equivalent with a vocational/technical certificate.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Plumber or related field.
• Knowledge of general plumbing maintenance processes and methods.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems and fixtures to identify potential issues before they affect operations.
• Perform routine checks and minor repairs on plumbing systems.
• Maintain accurate records of completed preventive maintenance activities and report recurring or major concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Recommend corrective actions when potential safety or operational issues are identified.
• Respond promptly to plumbing-related maintenance concerns, including emergencies that may disrupt store operations.
• Diagnose and perform plumbing repairs within established technical capabilities.
• Identify and correct potential safety hazards related to plumbing systems.
• Conduct post-repair checks to ensure fixtures are safe and operational.
• Escalate complex plumbing issues or major repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized plumbing work as instructed.
• Maintain the aesthetic, cleanliness, and functionality of plumbing fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify damaged or deteriorating plumbing assets.
• Perform plumbing-related office maintenance and repairs at Headquarters.
• Maintain proper records of plumbing repairs and recurring issues.
• Properly use, maintain, and store plumbing tools, spare parts, and materials.
• Report damaged, missing, or defective plumbing tools/equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor.
