Job summary

Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Subject Head (English), Enrichment, to lead and develop teaching quality across the centre.

You will coach teachers, oversee performance, and support parental communication while ensuring curriculum adherence and high standards of delivery. You will collaborate with academic and operations teams to maintain smooth centre operations, contribute to curriculum materials, and support student enrolment and parent engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching experience with leadership, mentoring or supervisory exposure.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident in managing teachers, parents and classroom-related matters.
• Organised, collaborative and able to balance teaching with leadership responsibilities.
