Mind Stretcher Education Mind Sparks is seeking a dedicated Student Care Teacher to support daily routines, learning activities and student wellbeing in a nurturing environment.

You will collaborate with parents and the centre team to track progress, manage records and ensure safe, engaging sessions aligned with our enrichment philosophy. Join a growing brand focused on developing confident, well-rounded Sparkies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• Experience with student care or childcare is an advantage.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily student care routines including arrival, dismissal, meals and activities.
• Manage student behaviour and support development with nurturing guidance.
• Provide homework guidance and monitor progress with parents.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and incidents.
• Plan and deliver engaging centre activities aligned with plans.
• Build strong relationships through regular parent communication.
• Assist with centre operations, safety and documentation as required.
• Support safety during pick-ups and device-based learning as applicable.
