Qualifications

Responsibilities
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection plans for structural works.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits on materials and workmanship.
Monitor and report on non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Verify construction activities such as formwork, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring.
Skills
Strong understanding of structural codes (ACI, BS, ASTM, Eurocodes, etc.)
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, material testing, and inspection methods.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA documentation software.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
