A leading telecommunications company in Metro Manila is seeking a Vendor Performance Management Expert. This role focuses on managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with standards, and developing performance management frameworks. Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the organization’s external vendors and suppliers. This role involves developing and implementing performance management frameworks, metrics, and processes to ensure that vendors meet or exceed contractual obligations and contribute positively to the organization’s goals. The Vendor Performance Management Expert works closely with procurement, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that vendor relationships are managed effectively, risks are minimized, and value is maximized
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uplift vendor performance by developing performance framework that is more aligned to the desired outcomes for the functions outsourced to vendors
Support vendor relationship by ensuring performance compliance with contractual standards and within standards established by NTG / Globe
Co-develops and implements performance management frameworks, metrics, and processes to ensure that vendors meet or exceed contractual obligations and contribute positively to the organization’s goals.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is usually required
Work Experience:
Developed and implemented a vendor performance management framework, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance scorecards, leading to an improvement in overall vendor compliance rates
Conducted regular performance reviews with key vendors, identifying areas for improvement and working closely with vendors to develop and execute performance improvement plans.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure vendor management practices aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
