Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a senior leader to identify, plan, and execute the Technical Group's strategic and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate directives. You will drive initiatives with clear execution plans, defined KPIs, measurable targets, and proper allocation of people, tools, and budget, while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.

This role also involves providing insights and recommendations to overcome delays and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the structure for identifying, planning, and executing strategic and transformational initiatives in line with corporate and Transformation directives.
• Drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives by ensuring clear execution plans, defined KPIs, measurable targets, and adequate allocation of resources (people, tools, budget). Monitor progress actively, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions to ensure the achievement of objectives as outlined in NTG’s Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and OKRs.
• Provide insights and actionable recommendations to address delays or challenges in initiatives, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals. Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities to optimize strategy execution and operational performance.
