ByteDance is seeking a Project Intern in Taguig, Philippines to contribute to short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

You will work on program management, data analysis, seller strategy, and cross-functional collaboration while helping scale the Mega Discount Program and increase seller participation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BSBA or related degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a similar field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the scaling of MDP across the platform by tracking and driving program penetration across categories and seller segments.
• Support seller onboarding and expansion initiatives by identifying potential sellers and developing approaches to increase MDP adoption.
• Conduct data analysis and performance reviews to understand program performance, identify gaps and surface opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with category, seller-facing, and cross-functional teams to support MDP initiatives and accelerate seller adoption.
• Assist in developing seller insights, reports, and materials to communicate MDP's value and drive seller conversion.
• Aid campaign and program initiatives aimed at increasing MDP participation and overall platform penetration.

About The Team

The Mega Discount Program team drives the growth and scaling of MDP across the platform by increasing seller adoption, improving program penetration, and working with cross‑functional teams to maximize the program’s impact.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate with different stakeholders.


• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural, and cross‑functional environment, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to pick up instructions quickly and work independently with minimal guidance.


• Comfortable with intermediate Excel analysis, including data cleaning, pivot tables, and basic analysis.


• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify insights and translate them into actionable next steps.
